Answer: Every Wednesday Taadaa’s updates and refreshes its product offering.

Q2) Can I cancel a gift that I’ve sent to someone?

Answer: We’re aware that mistakes happen but once a product has been selected and paid for, you will not have an opportunity to cancel.

Q3) Do I have to be registered with Taadaa to receive and send gifts?

Answer: Yes, Taadaa is an open and safe community but its very important we protect all members. Therefore only registered members can be part of this thriving community with the aim to put smiles on the faces of our members.

Q4) After I register, how do I add products to my milestones?

Answer: After successful registration and authentication of your account, log into your account and select “Manage Milestone” to start the process.

Q5) Does Taadaa guarantee delivery of my gift on my special day?

Answer: We will make every effort possible to deliver your gift on or before your special day. To ensure timely delivery, the earlier you setup your milestone and broadcast you Taadaa link on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Whatsapp Status to list a few, the more likely your order can be filled in a timely manner to receive your gift on that day.

Q6) How do I get my Taadaa Milestone Link?

Answer: Log into your dashboard, open desired milestone and press the share icon for your unique Taadaa link to be posted on social media, text messages, and email etc.

Q7) What is the difference between Public and Private Taadaa posting?

Answer: For Public Taadaa posting, when setting up your milestone you will be given an option to make it public or private. If you select public it means anyone that is registered on Taadaa and searches your profile can select a gift to purchase for you. For Private Taadaa means only friends and family that you’ve approved, can purchase a gift for you.

Q8) How will I know who has purchased a gift for me?

Answer: In our efforts to build the excitement, gifter will be anonymous till the day you receive your gift. A message card will be inserted and message will be sent to you from Taadaa inviting you to send a thank you card to the gifter.

Q9) Does Taadaa charge for delivery?

Answer: No, all deliveries are free but customers are asked to pay a $4.99 processing fee for all gifts to assist with administrative expenses to manage the platform.

Q10) Is there a cost or subscription cost for using Taadaa services?

Answer: No cost for basic Taadaa services its FREE and members are allowed to upload 10 products per milestone created. Taadaa Prime users have annual fee of $9.99 to receive priority services, faster deliveries, exclusive deals, profile advertising and unlimited product posting per milestone. Q11) How can my family and friends search for me on Taadaa?

Answer: When you registered, Taadaa automatically generated your Taadaa handle. Your handle is (your username@taadaa) provide your handle to your family and friends

Q12) If I receive a gift, can I return it for money?

Answer: No, but you can exchange for another gift of the same value. To begin the exchange process email us at exchange@taadaa.app

Q15) What is PayLater option?

Answer: Taadaa allows you to choose to pay later selected gift (s) for selected friends and family. Taadaa will provide you three friendly reminders 21 days, 15 days and 7 days prior to milestone day for payment and processing of request via Text Message, Email and Phone Call.
